Cancellation Policy

As part of our efforts to provide excellent dental care for our patients, we have an Appointment Cancellation Policy to reserve time set aside for each patient. While we understand that there are times when a patient must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family, cancelling or not coming to appointments without notice prevents us from providing treatment to other patients.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than one business days' notice, there will be a $50 fee charged to the patient’s account. This fee will not be covered by your insurance company.
